The Complete Body Program 3xWeek (3 sessions per week) combines fitness & wellness training assisting in muscular strength & endurance, core strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance & coordination, while blending wellness elements including meditation & mindfulness, cognitive agility, flexibility & breathing. Day2. QiGong & YinYoga
Assisting in meditation & mindfulness, breathing, flexibility & myofascial, cognitive agility.
Day3. Circuit Training
Assisting in cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance, agility, power, balance.
