FitCamp is a holistic approach to fitness & health specialising in outdoor fitness & wellness exercise programs for the mind and body.

The Complete Body Program 3xWeek (3 sessions per week) combines fitness & wellness training assisting in muscular strength & endurance, core strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance & coordination, while blending wellness elements including meditation & mindfulness, cognitive agility, flexibility & breathing. The program is suited to assist clients with stress, seniors health, clients dealing with weight loss, or anyone wanting a holistic approach to fitness that combines the mind & body.

The Complete Body Program 3xWeek:

Day1. Pilates Class
Assisting in muscular strength & endurance, core strength, balance & coordination.
Day2. QiGong & YinYoga
Assisting in meditation & mindfulness, breathing, flexibility & myofascial, cognitive agility.
Day3. Circuit Training
Assisting in cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance, agility, power, balance.

Casual

$20 - 1 x session p/w

Any One Session
No membership fees or lock-in contracts, PAYG

Maintenance

$35 - 2 x sessions p/w

Feel like getting fit but you dont want the bootcamp feel, then our training is catered for people like yourself who just want to get fit without all the intimidating factors associated with bootcamps. Simple and fun exercises suited for all body types and ages.
